Personal Counseling

Personal Counseling

Our counseling services provide individual personal counseling, consultations, and referrals to outside resources when needed. Students may call for an appointment or walk-in for the first available counselor. We are also here for students in crisis and will help students determine what they need in their current situation. Our counseling staff also offers workshops and presentations for groups and classes in order to serve our population and help students become aware of their needs.

Issues that may be addressed through counseling services include but are not limited to:

  • Adjustment to change
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Academic concerns
  • Relationship concerns
  • Personal growth and development
  • Test anxiety/ Study skills
  • Time/Stress management
