Professional Services and Energy

South Plains College offers five technical program areas which prepare students for careers in the professional services industry.  These programs are designed to provide a skilled workforce for the business community and service industry in the college's service area.  These programs include Cosmetology, Electrical and Power Transmission Technology, Fire Technology, and Law Enforcement. 

Departmental chairperson is Randy Robertson, assistant professor of law enforcement technology.
